Slip Rental Rates

• Deposit per list to place name on any of the slip lists or on the broadside list
• Owner of improved Village property: $150 per slip length, fully refundable, non-taxable
• All others: $250 per slip length, fully refundable, non-taxable

• All Slips: $151 per foot of slip length or the overall length of the boat (whichever is greater) plus sales tax of 5.5%
• Broadside Dockage: $120 per foot of slip length or the overall length of the boat (whichever is greater) plus sales tax of 5.5%
• Non-Village improved property owners: An additional $10 per foot shall be added to the per foot slip length or the overall length of the boat (whichever is greater) plus a sales tax of 5.5%

Docking Charge:

• $2.73 + tax PER FOOT 20’ – 39’
• $2.84 + tax PER FOOT 40’ – 49’
• $2.94 + tax PER FOOT 50’ – 59’
• $3.05 + tax PER FOOT 60’ and over
• Limited 2 hour courtesy docks, when available: $20 due upon arrival.
• After Season Dockage: $2.15 per foot by slip length per night plus sales tax of 5.5%.  Minimum fee of $20

• Daily Launch: $12.00
• Seasonal Launch: Resident, Seasonal slip holder: $110
• Seasonal Launch: Non-resident, non-seasonal slip holder: $140
• Seasonal commercial launch & commercial permit: $140 per trailer
